I hope this finds you well and enjoying the new year! I have a couple of things to let you know about...
1st... If you get an email from me you will notice a name change in my email because I got married on New Year's Day! So, Annie Boerner (pronounced "Burner") is not another Annie spamming you, it's me! :)
I can't tell you that without introducing you... his name is Greg Boerner and he is a fantastic (of course!), full-time guitarist/singer/songwriter, originally from Augusta, GA. We were connected to work together by a recording studio in the Chicago area in 2003 and became fast friends. Years later (after I moved here) we reconnected and now, here we are! I know there are a few music lovers in the crowd ;-) Greg's 5th album was just released at the end of November and you can find him on Facebook, iTunes, Spotify and here is his website.
1st Class of 2018
For the ladies.... this Friday night I will be co-teaching a class, in Franklin, on naturally supporting women's health using essential oils and other natural supports. We will be talking about oils you may have already and how to use them strategically to support many of the things we experience as women! I will schedule a class in Nashville as well, but for those in and around Franklin, let me know if you are interested in coming and I will send you the address. It's being hosted at a friend's home, so I don't want to put her address on the internet ;-)
Here are a few details on that:
Friday, January 19th @ 7pm in Franklin
Learn about natural ways to support:
- hormone health
- thyroid balance
- digestive health
- restful sleep
- and more!
Using essential oils and simple things like water, epsom salts, simple stretches and even journaling, can absolutely transform your health by bringing balance back to your system.
Join us and bring a friend or two! Again, let me know if you are interested and I'll send you the address!
e-mail me at: firstname.lastname@example.org or text (615) 767-3416
I look forward to seeing you soon!
