Peace, lattes and guacamole ✌️☕️🥑

Cardamom is great for so many things and I'll do a video today... use it for: Dogs, Cats, in the kitchen, digestive support (irritable colon -ahem - and constipation), pancreas support, bad breath and household odors, congestion, mental fatigue and confusion, emotional balance - this list goes on!!

For my therapist friends: you want this in your tool box! Both cardamom and cilantro are really important for supporting trauma, addiction, detox. Emotional support: Cardamom helps you move from self-centered to charitable; and Cilantro helps you move from obsessed to expansive.

Cilantro is great for supporting the body to get rid of metals and cleansing in general, digestive support, it also has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties so it's great for cleaning, it's an odor eliminator - I put a couple of drops in the laundry detergent and made a spray for my son's dance bag and shoes!!!

And of course in the kitchen... Cardamom: chai tea, cookies & cakes, roasts... Cilantro: guacamole, salad dressings, sauces and all things tex-mex - YUM!!!
