When we are navigating health concerns and/or want to make changes to live a healthier life, an objective view and skilled guidance can be the catalyst that shifts you into an empowered place of achieving your goals and reclaiming your life.
What is an Integrative Health Consultation?
We look at where you are currently: medical history, diagnosis (if any), current therapies, lifestyle, daily activities and demands. Then we evaluate where you are personally: mental processing type, learning style, natural skills/strengths, self-talk, habits, etc. As we examine these together with your goals, we create a step by step plan that employs your natural strengths and preferences while encompassing your doctor/practitioner’s recommendations, therapies and any activities and supports you would like to include.
Your Integrative Health Consultation includes:
- 1st Meeting – Intake & Evaluation – 2-hour session
- 2nd Meeting – Curate Your Plan – 2-hour session
- Your Personal Lifestyle Plan
- Bullet Journal (with templates for your specific processing type)
- The Adult Chair Book
- Custom Self Care Kit.
What is Integrative Health Coaching?
After we’ve done your consultation and created your Personal Lifestyle Plan weekly, bi-weekly or monthly coaching sessions will help you make it happen! We will check in and see how things are going, look at any challenges that present and celebrate your successes. I will be your accountability partner and I’ll help you find the root of any challenge so you can tackle it head on. If we find a need to tweak or make any changes to your Plan we’ll do that; and, of course, I look forward to celebrating your successes!
