Preparing for “GO Season”

As we near the end of summer, I hope you are enjoying every last bit of it! Relaxing, recharging and allowing your creative vision of what you want to bring into your life experience some room to roam.

This is also a time of preparing for “GO Season”. Back to school and back to work after the summer can also mean stress or pressure as we scramble to get things in order, school supplies, commutes, schedules, etc.

I am now recording guided meditations because I have found this to be one of the most helpful tools for my own health and wellness. And, full disclosure, listening to guided meditations was sometimes the only way I was able to calm my mind and body in the early days of my recovery from PTSD. So I want to pay it forward and create these for you!

I will always post things here on my website, and keep you informed of where to find any resources I create. For the moment, I am uploading everything to SoundCloud where you can listen for free and “follow” me there to be notified of any new uploads as they happen.

Thanks for listening!
